OPTYLONKREA, a real estate developer; specialized in acquiring and transforming properties into branded serviced apartments under ANDO LIVING brand, is hiring an Architect Intern.

Its architects and in-house designers infuse organic elegance into each ANDO property, equipping them with the finest amenities and the market's best, to create distinctive living spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design team to develop and refine design guidelines specific to our hotel brand.
• Produce and maintain a set of typical design and architectural drawings to serve as a standard reference for our hotel projects.
• Organize and optimize the existing furniture files, ensuring they align with the brand aesthetic and standards.
• Assist in the implementation of innovative design solutions that elevate the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Interior architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools. (adobe suite - Microsoft suite - Revit)
• Strong attention to details and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A passion for hospitality design and an eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
