Sonae Sierra is looking for a Trainee to join the Conceptual Design & Architecture team

Reify. is the multidisciplinary team integrated within Sonae Sierra that provides a wide range of real estate development services, from architecture to licensing, to create or enhance urban projects in diversified sectors - Urban planning, Multipurpose, Health, Hospitality, Offices, Residential, retail, Student & Senior Living, Education and Transports.
We are currently looking for a Trainee to join the Conceptual Design & Architecture team.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Requirements:
- Hold a master’s degree in Architecture
- Availability to perform a 9-12 month professional internship (preferably 12 month internship to integrate the Portuguese Association of Architects (Ordem dos Arquitetos))
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite and basic knowledge of Revit would be a plus
- Strong design and presentation skills
- Interested and up to date on the new design trends
- Great hand drawing skills to show ideas and concepts
- Communicative and collaborative
Responsibilities:
The main tasks will be design-related in diversified areas of design and build construction such as masterplanning, architecture, interior design, lighting design, environmental graphics design, wayfinding signage and landscape design mostly related to mixed-use real estate projects that the company is developing for third-party companies.
Internship grant worth €1150 gross/month plus Sub. Lunch is €8.32 per day, paid by meal card.
