Here is an opportunity to lead a complete refurbishment project from start to finish for a 70 m² apartment located near Martim Moniz, in the heart of Lisbon. This is an exciting chance to work on an authentic property within a historic building adorned with traditional azulejos.
Project Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire architectural process, summarized in four main stages:
1. Survey and Site Analysis: Initial assessment and space measurements.
2. Concept Design: Developing initial design concepts and options.
3. Detail Design: Refining the concept into detailed drawings, specifications, and technical plans.
